Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not been processed for shipping. To cancel, contact us at support@penushila.com or through your account dashboard.
After Processing
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Refund Policy.
Refund on Cancellation
Cancelled orders are refunded within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
